Charlie McAvoy finished 13th out of 14 defensemen that received a vote for the NHL’s Norris Trophy award 😳

The award is given to the defenseman who demonstrates the best all-around ability in the position. McAvoy has one fourth-place vote, three fifth-place votes for a mere six points in the ballot for 2025-26 🗳️

Thoughts? McAvoy ended his 2025-26 season with 11 goals for a career-high 61 points in 69 games with the Bruins. This season marks his sixth of the last seven years he’s been in the running for Norris, in 2023-24 he also finished 13th in voting 🏆
