Prosciutto di Carpegna PDO by consorzio_carpegna recently launched in the US, and the EU GEM HAM campaign sent me the perfect picnic set to celebrate the launch and the return of warm weather! ☀️

I just plated some fresh basil, mozzarella, tomatoes & Prosciutto di Carpegna PDO with a balsamic drizzle out on the Hoboken, NJ waterfront. Easy to pack and make, and oh so tasty! 🍅
