It’s never too late to start 🧘‍♀️

Fun fact…Ken, founder of kenpilates in Hoboken, reached out to me during the pandemic in 2020 when fitness studios were allowed to be open again. He asked if I was interested in taking a 1-on-1 pilates class and reassured me that he was taking all of the necessary steps to create a safe and clean studio. I had never done pilates before, and I desperately needed to get my body moving after all of the sitting home we all were doing. Masks were worn, sanitizer and cleaning products were flowing, and the burn was real.😓

I might be slacking on my fitness journey lately, but I grew up an athlete, and I’m no stranger to a gym or workout class…and I absolutely loved my session with Ken. For those who think pilates is easy…please join me for a class because you will stretch and utilize muscles you didn’t even know existed. 

I’m an all or nothing kind of workout girl, and I will have fit in 5 Ken Pilates group classes in a week and a half before I leave for San Francisco this Sunday for Super Bowl Media Week. My west coast workout will be running around like a chicken with my head cut off lol, but I am happy to be moving before I go, and excited to keep it moving in 2026 with justkennyth, itsmatthewc & more. 

There’s a beginner class for newbies or people getting back to their journey, and multiple group class options or private sessions for all levels. It’s also Black, LGBTQ+, & Latinx Owned!😎

I know the frigid temps and snowy streets in the Mile Square aren’t ideal for venturing out right now, but if you go to a class, you won’t regret it! 🔥
