From 2019 to 2023 I was booked by so many brands, truly at the height of my content career, and still I was quietly pulling back behind the scenes. In 2019 I left corporate America not fully by choice but I had already been planning my exit because it was too much. Then content became my career and again I had to step back. In 2023 I only posted 63 times, in 2024 just 87, and even in 2025 I was only at 163, trying to find my rhythm again. I was showing up but not fully me, navigating motherhood, autism, and just trying to stay afloat. Studies show more than half of mothers of autistic children leave the workforce and only about a third remain employed because the demands are real and something has to give. Mental health struggles, anxiety, and burnout are common for parents in these situations yet often go unseen. This is the first year that feels different my son is doing amazing and I finally feel like I am getting back to myself and genuinely happy again. I have already posted 105 times and this time it feels present and intentional. To all the moms out there whether you are raising a child with a disability , autistic or figuring out motherhood or just feeling lost I see you and your efforts matter. Taking a step back does not mean failure it means survival and growth. Thank you to the followers and brands who stuck by me I see you I appreciate you and I am grateful for every bit of support.
