A vibrant crowd witnessed the Houston Rockets pick Amen Thompson during the 2023 NBA Draft first round pick. The watch party took place at the POST Houston. 

Thompson, a 20 year old from Florida, was selected 4th overall. He has been playing in the Overtime Elite league for the past 2 years. 

The Rockets’ fans say they are  optimistic about the future of the team.
