Houston Public Media obtained audio from a non-public meeting with HISD administrators and a handful of special education parents. Our education and family reporter, Dominic Anthony Walsh, followed up with Houston ISD superintendent Millard House II on his statement where he blames TEA for the plan to relocate TH Rogers students with profound disabilities.
