Texas Media Production Alliance's Executive Director, Paul Jensen, talks about the $200 million state incentives allocated for TV and film productions in Texas. 

The incentives are expected to bring more productions to the state, creating jobs and boosting the economy. The Texas Film Commission estimates a return on investment of more than 5 to 1, which could result in a billion dollars of media production in the state over the next two years.
