spicy soy & scallion noods with lots of chili oil | so GOOD baby🔥

I boiled momofukugoods soy & scallion noodles almost al dente, then drained most of the water. As I poured in the sauce packet, I stirred a handful of green onions. Let it bubble up in the pot for a few seconds. Then topped with momofukugoods chili oil, leftover chicken, more green onions & a fried egg. OBSESSED!!
