I recently revisited The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and was reminded that freedom often comes from the simplest practices:

• Be impeccable with your word
• Don’t take anything personally
• Don’t make assumptions
• Always do your best

Simple to understand.
Not always easy to live.

The older I get, the more I realize that peace doesn’t come from controlling life.

It comes from changing the relationship we have with ourselves.
