sucrerie_terroir is ranked among the top 10 sugar shacks in Quebec and prides itself on keeping the traditional maple syrup-making method alive. Although modern methods have streamlined the process, Sucrerie du Terroir prefers to honour its heritage and do it the way their ancestors did.

During sugar season (February-May), they offer this authentic cabane à sucre experience. You can see the maple syrup-making process in action, make maple taffy on snow, and enjoy a traditional Quebec meal. The food is incredible, and they use a lot of local ingredients 🫶🏻
