These were my favourite restaurants we went to during our Vancouver trip!

Ramen Danbo (ramendanbo_ca) - a local favourite with totally customizable ramen. Choose everything from noodle firmness to richness of broth and more.
‌
Palate (palate.kitchen) - enjoy brunch in a stunning, historic downtown building 😍 The French toast here is famous for a reason, don’t skip it! I paired mine with a blueberry mimosa 🥂
‌
Tom Sushi (tomsushi_davie) - this may be the best sushi I’ve ever had, and at an affordable price to boot! The magic is in their sauces.

Ask for Luigi (askforluigi) - this Michelin Guide recommended restaurant has been the talk of the town. It’s cozy and casual modern Italian, with a meatball dish like no other. Book in advance!
