Cake Pops
Ingredients
* Lollipop sticks
* 1 box cake mix (any flavor — I used Duncan Hines)
* 3 eggs
* ½ cup oil
* 1 cup water
* 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
White Chocolate Coating
* 2 cups white chocolate chips
* 4 tsp neutral oil
Chocolate Coating
* 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 4 tsp neutral oil

Instructions
1. Bake the cake according to the box instructions (using eggs, oil, and water listed above). If making two flavors, double the ingredients. Let cool completely.
2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl. Add the softened cream cheese, sugar, and salt. Mix until fully combined and it forms a dough-like consistency.
3. Roll into even balls (about 1–1½ inches). Place on a lined tray and chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.
4. Melt about ¼ cup of your chosen chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
5. Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert halfway into each cake ball. Chill again for 15–20 minutes to set.
6. Melt the remaining chocolate with oil (white or semi-sweet), microwaving in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth and fluid.
7. Working quickly, dip each cake pop fully into the melted chocolate. Tap gently to remove excess. Place upright in a stand or set on parchment paper to dry.
8. Decorate with extra cake crumbs or drizzle with melted chocolate before the coating sets.
9. Let fully set, then enjoy
