Crispy pork and cabbage lumpia, dipped in a creamy bang bang sauce made with hellmannsmayonnaise for that smooth, balanced heat. Simple, solid flavors.

Ingredients
Lumpia Wrapper
Use your preferred brand.
Bang Bang Sauce:
* ½ cup Hellmann’s Mayo
* ½ cup Thai chili sauce
Lumpia Filling:
* 1 lb ground pork
* ¼ medium cabbage, thinly sliced
* ½ medium onion, thinly sliced
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* ¼ cup carrots, julienned
* 1 Tbsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp kosher salt
* 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
1. Make the Filling
Cook the ground pork in a pan over medium heat until no longer pink. Set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic, cabbage, and carrots until softened. Season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add the cooked pork back in and mix well.
Let the filling cool completely before wrapping.
2. Wrap the Lumpia
Place a spoonful of filling on each wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a dab of water.
3. Fry
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the lumpia for about 4 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
4. Make the Bang Bang Sauce
Stir together Hellmann’s Mayo and Thai chili sauce until smooth.
5. Serve
Enjoy the hot, crispy lumpia with plenty of Bang Bang Sauce on the side—or drizzled right on top.
