Easter Tocino Ham

Ingredients:
Bone-In Spiral Ham

Tocino Marinade:
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Brown Sugar
12 cloves Garlic (diced)
2 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
4 Tbsp White Vinegar
*optional* Red Food Coloring (around 10 drops) or red beet powder

Instructions:
1. Make the marinade by mixing the ingredients listed above.
2. In a deep bowl, marinate your ham.
3. Bake for 40 minutes at 320 F. Then raise the temperature to 400 F and bake for another 15 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
