🔥🇦🇺 There is nothing like the raw magic of live-fire cooking, and today we are slow-cooking sustainably harvested wild boar over a bed of Ironbark wood. This dense Australian timber burns hot and slow, creating perfect coals that give the meat a rich, caramelized crust and deep smoky flavor you just cannot replicate indoors.

Wild boar can be destructive to our native landscapes, so responsible harvesting is a beautiful way to protect our environment while sharing a spectacular, nutrient-dense meal.
