Strawberry Grape Delight

Ingredients:
	

•	1 cup fresh heavy cream
	•	1 cup condensed milk
	•	1 cup chopped strawberries
	•	1 ½ cups sliced grapes
	•	1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
	•	1 envelope unflavored gelatin (dissolved as directed on the package)
	•	Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:
	1.	In a blender, combine the heavy cream, condensed milk, chopped strawberries, dissolved gelatin, and lemon zest. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth. Set aside.
	2.	In a glass dish or serving tray, spread half of the sliced strawberries and grapes evenly.
	3.	Pour the blended mixture over the fruit.
	4.	Top with the remaining sliced strawberries and grapes.
	5.	Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
	6.	Serve chilled and enjoy!

Delícia de Morango e Uva 

Ingredientes:
• 1 xícara de creme de leite fresco
• 1 xícara de leite condensado
• 1 xícara de morangos picados
• 1 ½ xícaras de uvas fatiadas
• 1 ½ xícaras de morangos fatiados
• 1 envelope de gelatina sem sabor (dissolvida conforme as instruções da embalagem)
• Raspas de 1 limão

Instruções:
1. Em um liquidificador, misture o creme de leite, o leite condensado, os morangos picados, a gelatina dissolvida e as raspas de limão. Bata por cerca de 30 segundos até ficar homogêneo. Reserve.
2. Em um prato de vidro ou bandeja de servir, espalhe metade dos morangos e uvas fatiados uniformemente.
3. Despeje a mistura batida sobre as frutas.
4. Cubra com o restante dos morangos e uvas fatiados.
5. Leve à geladeira por pelo menos 4 horas ou até firmar.
6. Sirva gelado e aproveite!
