Okra with Ground Beef and Rice

Ingredients:
- 4 cups chopped okra
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups fresh cooked rice
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Okra:
 - Wash the okra thoroughly and pat it dry.
 - Cut the okra into small cubes and set aside.

2. Cook the Okra:
 - Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Add the chopped okra and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
 - Remove the okra from the skillet and set aside.

3. Cook the Ground Beef:
 - In the same skillet, add the remaining 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
 - Add the ground beef and cook for about 4 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.

4. Add Aromatics and Spices:
 - Add the chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, and smoked paprika to the skillet.
 - Cook for an additional 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent and the beef is fully cooked.

5. Combine Ingredients:
 - Add the cooked okra and fresh cooked rice to the skillet. 
 - Mix everything well and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

6. Serve:
 - Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 
 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
