Too many coaches stand around and talk. I train WITH my players.

If I’m asking a hitter to grind, compete, and lock in on every rep, then I’m doing the same. The coach should be sweating. The coach should know the feel. The coach should understand what it takes to execute under pressure.

This isn’t babysitting. This is development.

Here I was working with a sophomore player, but my approach doesn’t change whether you’re 10, 16, college, or professional. Details matter. Feel matters. Competition matters.

Every drill has a purpose. Every swing has feedback. Every rep is an opportunity to get better.

The goal isn’t to look good in training. The goal is to get HITS when the lights come on.

If you’re serious about becoming an elite hitter, train with someone who lives it, demonstrates it, and can teach it.
