She deserves this life💗
For so long I kept waiting for a different version of me. The healthier me. The happier me. The me who finally felt comfortable in her own skin.

But I’ve realized she was never waiting for me in another life. She’s waiting for me in the choices I make every day in this one. 🤍

As someone with PCOS who has struggled with her weight my entire life, I know how discouraging the journey can feel. I’ve lived through binge eating, restrictive eating, and more restarts than I can count.

But time passes anyway. ⏳

So choose yourself. Take the walk. Move your body. Make the better choice. Do the uncomfortable thing, even when it feels like it’s not working.

Because one day you’ll look back and realize those small choices changed everything. 🌸

I’m not becoming someone else. I’m becoming the person I always knew I could be.
