## Caption

For whatever reason after graduating with my Sports Science degree in “Fitness & Wellness Management” with a concentration of Business in 2009 attempting to get this done has been a true struggle. It really wasn’t on my radar until I discovered my purpose. 

During last season I told myself that I was going to finally get it done because it only made sense given my choice of career and how much I love to help develop athletes. BUT, to know me is to know that I “strongly dislike” paperwork. So I didn’t need or want another assignment on my plate at all. 

Nevertheless, today we finalized the deal. Certified and Sealed. 🪪🏅

My goal is to help non-athletes and athletes develop their body progressively to perform at their highest level of life, career or sport. 

I’ve been blessed to help athletes develop their bodies for years now however now I’m ready to take it to another level. 

FUN FACT 📮: As a kid I spent a lot of time in the gym because my dad was a professional bodybuilder.. I spent a lot of time in the gym because he worked on the military base. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I figured I’d make a life and lifestyle out of it. Do what you love and love what you do. 🏁
