I had an amazing time at the #NCAALearnLead Student-Athlete Leadership Forum this past weekend, hosted in Charlotte, NC! I had the opportunity to connect with other student-athletes from all three NCAA divisions, coaches, and administrators as we dove deep into leadership. The facilitators were professionals selected from NCAA institutions and conferences from around the country, and they are some of the best in the business of college athletics. ✨👑

I got to explore my core values, personality strengths, identify my leadership habits, explore my emotional intelligence, and so much more. Everyone at the forum was a very influential leader at their school, and that made the experience all-the-more impactful through hearing their insight and experiences. 🧠✏️💪

My favorite quote from the forum is this:
“Let your light shine— don’t dim it to match others.” 🕯️🩶

I am beyond grateful to have these kinds of opportunities as a student-athlete at Alma College. ♥️
