Union Power in Action! At the aflcio Convention, BAC ADC 1 of IL President Mike Volpentesta took the stage to champion Resolution 2: We Are the Organized Power of Working People.

Brother Volpentesta threw down a hard truth about worker #misclassification, calling it what it truly is: theft.

"By falsely labeling employees as ‘independent contractors’, these bad actors steal billions from workers. They cheat our governments out of revenue, undermine honest, law-abiding employers, and strip workers of their fundamental right to organize,” Volpentesta stated.
