And I say this from the deepest place within me… because I lived it.

Before 2020 there were years I filled every hour just so I wouldn’t have to sit with myself. With what was unresolved. With what was heavy.

But the shadow doesn’t go away just because you look away from it. It waits. It grows. It shows up in your relationships, your patterns, your reactions, until you finally turn around and face it. 

The day I stopped running was the day everything began to shift.
Not because the pain disappeared, but because I finally let it move through me instead of living inside me. ✨

That is where your power lives. Not in the highlight reel. Not in the perfectly curated version of yourself.
