✨ RESET • RELEASE • RISE ✨

What a magical evening we shared at our Sunset Serenity ocean-view experience. 🌅

Together with Olga Meluta’s beautiful live music and soulful singing, I guided meditation and breathwork in a space created for healing, connection, relaxation, and inner peace.

Surrounded by an amazing group of people, we spent the evening breathing, meditating, listening to music, watching the sunset, and simply being present. The energy was powerful, loving, and deeply transformative.

One of the most remarkable moments came from a participant living with diabetes. Her blood sugar level was 158 before our meditation and breathwork session began at 6:20 PM. During and after the session, her blood sugar dropped to 79 and remained at that level through around 8-30 PM, without medication. While every person’s experience is unique, it was a beautiful reminder of the profound connection between breath, relaxation, the nervous system, and overall well-being 💙
