The City of Venice, in partnership with Venice MainStreet, Inc., is seeking volunteers to help bring our July 4 Community Picnic to life as part of the City’s Centennial Celebration and America’s 250th Anniversary.

🍉 This grassroots, community-powered event will feature watermelon eating contests, potato sack races, tug-of-war, face painting, music, family activities, and more at West Blalock Park and the Venice Community Center. Many of these activities rely entirely on volunteer support, and we need your help to make the day a success.

Whether you’re assisting with games, helping guests, supporting activity stations, or lending a hand behind the scenes, you’ll play an important role in creating a memorable celebration for our community.
