This summer veggie pasta salad looks impressive but takes basically no time 🙅⏱️

Crunchy veggies, briny olives, and an herby dressing that pulls it all together. nuPasta keeps it satisfying without feeling heavy ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta Fettuccine
· ½ cup black olives, pitted + sliced
· ½ cup cucumber, chopped
· ¾ cup cherry tomatoes
· ½ cup bell pepper, chopped
· 4–5 tbsp olive oil
· 1 tbsp dried oregano
· Salt + pepper, to taste

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Fettuccine for 2–3 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
→ In a bowl, combine cooled nuPasta with olives, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, olive oil, oregano, salt + pepper. Mix well and serve. ✨🥗🍝
