One of the most supportive decisions I’ve made in my business this year was finally asking for help.

For years, I built everything during nap times, after bedtime, and in the small pockets of space I could find as a stay at home mother who has also been homeschooling... yeah. It has been A LOT. I’m deeply proud of what I've been able to accomplish while staying deeply connected to my girls, but it was time to get some help. 

Hiring the right assistant has been such an exhale. The amount of mental space, relief, and support I feel on a daily basis is hard to put into words. Truly. I've tried. I'm trying right now. I’ve been incredibly impressed with NexusPoint and the care they put into finding the right fit. The talent, professionalism, and attention to detail have been exceptional, and having someone in my corner who genuinely understands both the practical needs and the mission behind my work has made all the difference.
