This moment right here felt really significant.

My daughter riding her bike without training wheels, and I got to be FULLY there for it.

Present in my body. Present in my mind.
Present in my heart. Deep breathing. In and out. Present. 

For years, I built my businesses during nap times, after bedtime, and in the small spaces between caring for my family. I did it because I believed there was a way to create financial support and meaningful work while still remaining deeply connected to my children. 

A few weeks ago, I hired a VA through NexusPoint.

Within days, I felt myself exhale. Seriously. Just days! 

The constant mental tabs began to close. The emails, posts, schedules, and endless details no longer lived solely inside my nervous system. 

Within a week I could feel that I was substantially more available for my life.

More available for afternoon walks.
More available for bike rides.
More available for conversations that will never happen in exactly the same way again. 🥹 My sweet girls are getting big so fast. 

These little moments are the reason I built all of this. 

I want my daughters to experience a mother who is present. A mother who feels peaceful. A mother whose nervous system has space to enjoy her own life.

This has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my business in a very long time. 

I will never regret creating support around the life I want to live.
