Ad* Scarborough Bluffs in Toronto is the perfect place to experience boat life this summer. From the turquoise water to the sandy beaches, it’s the perfect summer day trip that is best discovered by boat. We have been boating since we were kids and to this day, it’s one of the top things we look forward to when summer comes around. We love how much fun we have when we’re boating with friends, family, and sunny weather… bonus if there’s snacks and good music onboard!

HERE’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOAT AT SCARBOROUGH BLUFFS:

1️⃣ First, find a company to rent or charter a boat. discoverboatingcanada has an easy-to-use search tool on their website to find rentals/charters in the Toronto area.

We rented a pontoon boat with Carefree Boat Club (Bluffer’s Park Marina location). 

2️⃣ Bluffer’s Park Marina in Toronto is the closest marina to Scarborough Bluffs. It can get quite busy on weekends in the summer so we suggest hitting the water early in the day or going on a weekday, especially if you want a parking spot. 

3️⃣ Things to pack for a Scarborough Bluffs boat day: snacks, drinks, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towel, portable speaker, foldable chairs for the beach, blow-up paddleboard, bathing suit, cover-up, meds if you are prone to sea sickness, and life jackets (if your rental doesn’t include them).

With over 250,000 lakes in Ontario, there are so many unique boating adventures to choose from, and Scarborough Bluffs is just one of them!
