In a field where there are so many performers know what you’re getting into. 

There are big differences between listening to a sound bath session, like on an app or YouTube, versus being in person!

Knowing the differences is pivotal, if you have specific goals for what you’re wanting to achieve in your health and wellness journey.

And knowing the difference between a performer and a facilitator is imperative if you are looking to support certain health outcomes. 

This is why I teach the soundembrace_institute  sound healing certification program - a 4.5 month program with mentorship and business foundations. 

This video is for anyone who is a participant at a sound bath session or those interested in doing this work responsibly through education.
