TNA Wrestling is teasing the return of Amazing Red at Slammiversary.

TNA posted a cryptic teaser video on its social media Friday, captioned only with eyes emojis and the #TNASlammiversary hashtag, and fans quickly identified the silhouetted star as Amazing Red.

A day earlier, TNA President Carlos Silva posted, "SLAMM is gonna be Amazing," punctuated with a red square and an X emoji.

Red was part of TNA from its inception in 2002 and became one of the foundational stars of the X Division. He is a three-time X Division Champion and a former NWA World Tag Team Champion with Jerry Lynn, at one point holding both titles simultaneously. He retired in April 2019 due to a severe neck injury before returning months later, and today runs hogwrestling in New York.

Slammiversary takes place Sunday, June 28 at the Agganis Arena in Boston, live on pay-per-view and TNA+, with the Ultimate X match returning: Cedric Alexander defends the X Division Championship against Leon Slater, Frankie Kazarian, and entrants still to be announced.
