This easy recipe combines watermelon, cucumber, feta, fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lime for a light and flavorful dish. 

 Ingredients:
 • Watermelon (cubed)
 • English cucumber (cubed)
 • Feta cheese
 • Lime juice
 • Fresh mint or herbs
 • Salt & pepper
 Optional: nuts or sliced red onion

Directions:
  1 Combine watermelon, cucumber, feta, and herbs

 2 Add lime juice, salt, and pepper
   
3 Toss and chill before serving
