A fortnight on from winning the Champions Cup for the second time in a row, Bordeaux’s Top14 season came to an abrupt end as they were beaten at home 34-31 by Clermont.

The defeat meant they finished the season in 8th place, missing out on the playoffs. 

Beaten finalists in the previous two Top14 seasons, Bordeaux’s wait for domestic glory goes on.
