Me yapping again 🤣 but would you actually risk your savings or your family home for a gig?

Promoters are the ones taking the financial hit for the scene while some DJs talk like clubs and promoters are just printing money 🧐 half the time they have no idea what’s actually on the line behind the scenes.

Crazy how some people expect endless support for themselves but don’t give that same energy back to the venues and promoters literally creating the opportunities for them in the first place. That mindset eats the scene alive tbh.

I’ve done heaps of free stuff for the community over the years from mentoring younger DJs, playing local gigs for free, helping promote events with zero benefit to me and honestly it always circles back around eventually 💯

Abundance energy will always take you further than this “what do I get out of it” mindset.
