The business. The growth. The achievements. The moments when it looks like you’ve got it all figured out.

What they don’t always see is what happens behind the scenes.

I built a successful business because I genuinely loved helping people. It wasn’t just a job, it was my passion, my purpose and a huge part of who I was.

But somewhere along the way, I lost myself.

When you’re the owner, the director, the creator, the customer service team, the marketing department and the product itself, the pressure can become overwhelming.

My mental health suffered, and when I lost myself, I lost my passion too.

Eventually, everything I’d worked so hard to build came crashing down.

This is the start of my story.

Not just about success and failure, but about finding myself again and rebuilding something even better than before.
