Hey look it’s no secret that training in the heat can be tough, and the sun is no friend to ample skin boy like me 😂.
In summer training I’m always looking for something to make things feel a little nicer so I’ve been crushing the ruleoneproteins Clear Whey Isolate protein after sessions lately. 
It’s refreshing and light so I don’t feel like I get buried by a heavy shake after hard session and the cherry lime is 👌🏻
