Wow 😳 throwback to 11 years ago today when I was still in Italy! It felt like I was there for a lifetime tbh. 🇮🇹 these were taken on an iPhone 5 lol 😂. I look almost unhealthily skinny here but tbh it was probably the healthiest I’ve ever been in terms of physical exercise anyway!  I didn’t have a car when I lived there so I had to rely on walking 3 miles every day to work and also using the public transportation!! And the food is sooo healthy!  And plus when I lived in Europe we have siesta every day so I mean hello 👋 that’s why they live longer you guys!  Italians and Spaniards it’s part of the lifestyle and culture.  Tbh when I did my masters in Spain 🇪🇸 in the Basque Country I had siesta during class and it was so weird because it would never happen in America.  But I enjoyed taking breaks for an hour or two and drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes and socializing but it’s part of life and the culture.  Anyways…who knows where I will end up next ! 🙃 catch me if you can I’ll be working on my tan ~
