Alfredo Cutlets
Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter or ghee
1 tsp garlic
1 pack thick cream(160gms)
400 gms Chicken 
3 medium potatoes 
1 cup bell pepper 
1 tsp black pepper 
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 chicken cube
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese 
Flour slurry (1 cup water + 2 tbsp flour)
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
