⚽️ FOOTBALL BISCUITS ⚽️ 

Perfect World Cup biscuit anyone? We’ve been seeing these everywhere and needed to give them a go and trial the method to make sure they really were simple enough for the kids to make. I can confirm - they are! 

Recipe: 
Vanilla Shortbread 
100g Unsalted Butter
60g Caster Sugar 
150g Plain Flour 
1tsp Vanilla extract

Chocolate Shortbread 
100g Unsalted Butter
60g Caster Sugar 
100g Plain Flour 
50g Cocoa Powder
1tsp Vanilla extract

Method:
Make your two doughs. 
Place one chocolate ball in the centre and surround it with 5 vanilla balls. Dimple each ball with your finger. Then add the remaining vanilla balls to the gaps. Flatten and cut into a circle. 
Bake in the oven for 8-12mins until slightly golden around the edges . 
Allow to cool.
