The 9-to-5 isn't disappearing tomorrow. But I do think we're watching the beginning of a broader shift in how work is organized. We're already seeing more contract work, portfolio careers, fractional roles, and AI-enabled entrepreneurship. That creates opportunity. It also creates significant uncertainty, especially when many of our support systems were built around traditional employment.  This is an era I’ve been flagging in my work for a few years.
