In this vlog, I’m sharing a few days in my life as I focus on feeling like myself again. While working my 9–5 job and trying to care for myself in the best ways I know how, I stay consistent with healthy habits, journal, show my self-care routines, and other habits that help me feel grounded and better day by day. I also create a 2026 bingo board with friends and talk through how I’m navigating this season with intention and grace. If you’re trying to reset, reconnect with yourself, or find balance while keeping up with real life, I hope this video brings you comfort and motivation.
