The impact of a University of Cincinnati education can extend far beyond a single degree or career.

After earning her master’s degree from UC, Katy Cardoza, MS ’22, became a family nurse practitioner serving her community. Her experience at Cincinnati later inspired her eldest daughter to pursue secondary education and her son to study engineering at UC.

Now, three members of the Cardoza family are building their futures as Bearcats, while Katy’s youngest daughter is already a Bearcat at heart! ❤️

Their story is a powerful example of how education, service, and opportunity can inspire generations.
