The future of campus living is taking shape at the University of Cincinnati. 🏗️

This spring, UC celebrated a major milestone as the university's largest housing project topped out. The new 546,606-square-foot residence hall complex spans two city blocks and 2.1 acres on the northwest corner of East McMillan and Vine streets near the Uptown campus.

Known as Block 1 and Block 2, the $326 million development will add more than 1,300 student beds and create a welcoming new gateway to campus as UC continues to grow and evolve.

"Our residence halls play a critical role in providing the immersive and positive campus experiences we seek for our students," said UC President Neville G. Pinto.

As enrollment continues to reach new heights, this investment reflects UC's commitment to student success, belonging, and creating spaces where Bearcats can live, learn, and thrive!
