What started as a transfer decision turned into a lifelong calling for Erica Zaretsky Neff, MBA, CSM! 🐾

From building community through Greek life, student government and student organizations to now helping first-year transfer students find their own place at UC, Erica’s journey reflects the power of belonging, mentorship and giving back.

Today, she teaches the very class that once helped shape her own Bearcat experience while continuing the cycle of support and connection for the next generation of students.

“Being a Bearcat isn’t just a chapter of my life — it’s a lifelong identity.”
