The future of work, innovation, and entrepreneurship is happening at SXSW — and UC is leading the way.

As the Workplace Track sponsor at South by Southwest, the University of Cincinnati is showcasing a scalable model for workforce development and industry partnership on a global stage.

More than 100 years ago, UC pioneered cooperative education — and today, that model continues to deliver day-one ready talent.

📊 By the numbers:
• 1,700+ employer partners
• 14 colleges
• 200+ majors
• 1 proven co-op model

For employers, UC co-op delivers:
✔️ Low-risk, high-return hiring
✔️ Pre-vetted talent trained in real workflows
✔️ Flexible staffing for projects, seasonal needs, and growth
✔️ A proven path from co-op to full-time hire

From classroom to career, UC continues to lead what’s next.
