Most people don't know this but this company is actually protected from tariffs.

Almost every competitor making these transceivers is based in China. But this company is building the biggest AI transceiver factory in the US right in Texas with $300 million invested. Their own CFO literally said on an earnings call that products made in the US won't get tariffed. So while Chinese rivals are getting hit with trade restrictions this company becomes the safest choice for any American hyperscaler that needs these parts. Most retail investors are completely sleeping on this.

Most transceiver companies just buy the parts and put them together. But this company actually makes everything themselves including the lasers and chips. This means they can build faster and cheaper than anyone else. And it is already showing up in the numbers. Revenue grew 42% last year and their margins are improving every single quarter. A few analysts now think they could turn profitable within the next two to three quarters. That changes everything for this stock.

Since this is a high risk high reward it only accounts for 1.19% of my portfolio.
