The Golden State Warriors with Kevin Durant and DeMarcus Cousins felt unfair from the start 🤯

Steph Curry, KD, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green… and then adding Boogie on top of that? the talent level was ridiculous

spacing, shooting, size, playmaking… there wasn’t a weakness on paper

injuries ended up changing how it all played out, but for a stretch that roster looked like it could run through anyone

one of the most stacked teams the NBA has ever seen 🏀🔥

The 2018 Warriors looked like a 2K MyTeam lineup somebody created with salary cap turned off. You had Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, and DeMarcus Cousins all on the same roster. Four All-NBA level players, multiple MVPs, elite shooting, defense, playmaking, and scoring from every position. On paper, it’s hard to find a team with more talent assembled at one time. The spacing was unfair, the basketball IQ was off the charts, and every possession felt like a highlight waiting to happen.

What makes it even crazier is that this team was already coming off back-to-back championships before adding Cousins. Injuries kept us from seeing the absolute peak version of this lineup for a full season, but the idea of it alone was enough to have the entire league shaking. Whether you think they’re the greatest team ever or not, there’s no denying that the 2018 Warriors are one of the most stacked rosters in NBA history. 🏆🔥🐐
