Google “eatsbyramya pakora” for recipe. This airfryer pakora recipe is great iff you’re someone who loves to kick it back with some chai and a plate of pakora but don’t want to invest the time (or the mess tbh!) It’s super easy but it is a bit different from making it the deep fried way, so I’ve include LOTS and LOTS of tips in the blog post (comment “pakora”) as well as in this troubleshooting section to help you get it right. * If it’s SOFT instead of crispy : chances are, your batter is either too thing, your basket is a bit too crowded of you didn’t spray enough oil on both sides. Your fix is to add a little more besan to your micture to thicken it up, space them out a bit more and spray both sides. * If it’s PALE instead of golden : Spray more oil on the tops and let them go a little longer in the aifryer. Color comes from oil + heat + time. 375F can also be a little different for different air fryers so try cranking the heat up a bit more! * If it’s still RAW inside : your vegetables were either sliced too thick or your batter is too heavy. Slice thinner, add a tiny bit of water if you feel like it’s a little too thick, and maybe try lowering to 360°F so the insides catch up. * If the batter SLIDES OFF : You added a little too much water... Add a little more besan until it clings to every strand. * If the pakora is STICKING to the basket : Preheat first and spray the basket (or use parchment) before adding the pakora. #recipe #indianfood #indianrecipe #recipeideas #pakora
