Teen Talks is a weekly virtual support group designed specifically for teens living with migraine and other headache disorders. It's a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to connect with others who understand what you're going through, share experiences, celebrate successes, and find community.

When appropriate, participants are divided into two age groups (11–13 and 14–17) to help create meaningful conversations and connections.
