In this episode, I’m opening up about something I’ve been wrestling with lately: aging, beauty, and self-worth after more than a decade of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.

Turning 37 after a decade of pregnancies and breastfeeding has made me look at my body, my face, and myself differently. I share honestly about the changes that come with motherhood, the insecurities that can surface when your life is online, and the questions I’ve had about things like Botox, cosmetic procedures, and what it means to age gracefully as a woman of faith.

This isn’t a conversation about judging anyone else’s choices. Every woman has her own story. For me, it’s been about trying to find peace between accepting the marks motherhood has left on me and being honest about the parts that still feel hard.

I also talk about how my Catholic faith has shaped the way I think about beauty, identity, and worth, and why I’m trying to model something different for my daughters as they grow up in a world that constantly tells women they need to look younger.

Whether you’re a mom or not, if you’ve ever felt the pressure to hold on to youth or struggled to feel at home in a changing body, I think you’ll relate to this conversation.

I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. This is a judgment-free space. ❤️
